Vintage 90s Bulb Shaped Milk Glass Table Lamps by Idea

A playful vintage pair of bulb-shaped table lamps, likely dating to the 1990s. Each lamp is made with a frosted white glass shade in the form of an oversized light bulb, set into a silver-tone metal screw-cap style base on a round metal foot. The design is witty and sculptural, with a clean postmodern look that makes the pair especially eye-catching.

Lit, they give off a soft warm glow through the satin glass, creating an inviting ambient light perfect for a bedside, shelf, console, or children's room. Even when switched off, they read as charming design objects with a whimsical industrial-inspired silhouette.

These lamps work beautifully as a matched pair and are compact enough for flexible placement throughout the home. Condition is good vintage with visible age-related wear to the metal bases including light scratches, scuffs, and small finish marks. The glass appears generally clean and intact, with a few minor surface marks visible in close-up. Both lamps are shown lit and working.
