Vintage French Wire Wicker Table Lamp with White Shade

A striking French vintage table lamp with a sculptural openwork body formed from dark brown woven wire in a basket- or wicker-inspired pattern. The base has a tall amphora-like silhouette with looped side details and is paired with a classic white fabric shade that softens the strong graphic shape. The contrast between the airy metalwork and the clean shade gives it a distinctive decorative presence.

Lit, it gives off a warm and cozy glow, while the openwork base adds texture and shadow without feeling heavy. It works beautifully in bohemian, Mediterranean, coastal, rustic, eclectic, or Hollywood Regency interiors, and also mixes well with mid-century and vintage-inspired rooms.

A lovely choice for a side table, console, bedroom nightstand, or reading corner. The lamp has been photographed lit and appears to be in working order. Visible condition is good vintage condition with light age-related wear to the dark finish, minor surface irregularities/patina to the wire structure, and light wear/marks to the shade. No major damage is obvious in the photos.
