Pair of Vintage 70s French Chrome Wall Lights, Sculptural Sconces

A striking pair of vintage wall lights from France in polished chrome, designed with an elegant layered U-form silhouette and sharply cut linear arms. These sculptural sconces have a distinctly mid-century modern presence, combining sleek geometric lines with a reflective metallic finish that gives them a refined Space Age feel.

Mounted on the wall, they read almost like small chrome sculptures even before they are lit. Their open design keeps the look airy and architectural, making them especially effective in a hallway, bedroom, or flanking a mirror or headboard. The shape feels both minimalist and decorative, with a strong 1960s–1970s design influence.

A beautiful choice for collectors of vintage lighting and modernist interiors. Suitable for use as bedside wall lamps, entryway sconces, or accent lights in a living space. Condition is good vintage overall, with visible age-related surface wear, light scratches, minor scuffs to the chrome, and some oxidation/rust visible on hardware and threaded mounting parts. Wiring is present and the fittings appear complete, but as with all vintage lighting, installation should be checked by a professional.
