Vintage Italian 60s Murano Glass Pendant Light, Opaline Shade, Venini Style

A striking Italian pendant light from the 1960s, made in Murano-style blown glass with a soft white opaline/frosted finish and an elegant sculptural silhouette. The form tapers from a narrow neck into a wide, rounded body, giving it a refined, architectural presence. Seller notes attribute the piece to Venini, Murano, Italy, in a Stilnovo style, with rewired fittings and repolished metal components.

When hung, this shade gives off a gentle, diffuse light that feels warm and atmospheric rather than harsh. Its clean profile works beautifully in mid-century modern, minimalist, and Italian modern interiors, whether placed above a dining table, in an entryway, or as a statement pendant in a quieter corner. Condition is good vintage condition with age-related wear: light surface marks and faint scuffs to the glass, some visible oxidation/rust and wear to the top metal mounting plate, and minor wear to the canopy. The lamp appears rewired and the seller notes it has been rewired to British Standard with E27 socket.
