French 50s Wrought Iron Wall Sconces, Pair of Rustic Candle Cup Wall Lights

A charming pair of French wall sconces dating to the 1950s, made in hand-worked wrought iron with a dark hammered finish and warm coppery mottling. Each sconce features a round wall plate, twisted arm, and bowl-shaped candle cup with faux wax drip bulb sleeves, giving the pair a distinctly rustic, old-world character.

Mounted on a wall, they bring a soft, atmospheric presence with a touch of provincial French and subtle Spanish Revival influence. Their hand-forged look and textured finish make them especially appealing in traditional, farmhouse, Mediterranean, or eclectic interiors, whether styled with small shades or left bare with candle-style bulbs.

These are practical accent wall lights for a hallway, bedroom, living room, or covered nook. Visible age-related wear is present, including finish variation, scuffs and scratches to the painted surface, wear to the faux candle sleeves, and older wiring visible at the back.
