Italian 70s Opaline Glass Table Lights, Pair of Globe Lamps on Brushed Aluminium Base

A stylish pair of Italian table lights from the 1970s, featuring opaline glass globe shades set on clean tapered brushed aluminium bases. The design is minimal yet sculptural, with a soft Space Age character that works beautifully in both mid-century and more contemporary interiors. The white globes diffuse the light evenly and give the lamps their calm, elegant presence.

In use, these lamps cast a warm, soft glow that feels atmospheric rather than harsh, making them ideal for bedside tables, a console, shelving, or a living room vignette. The contrast between the satin aluminium and the milky opaline glass gives them a refined, architectural look.

A practical and decorative pair for many rooms. Visible age-related wear includes light surface scratches and marks to the aluminium bases, minor wear to the underside felt, and general patina consistent with age. The glass appears in good vintage condition from the photos, with no obvious major chips or cracks visible. Both lamps are shown with cords and plugs attached.
