1 of 4 French 60s Brass Wall Sconces | Sculptural Bow Ribbon Candle Style Lights

1 of 4 French vintage wall sconces, likely from the 1960s, crafted in patinated brass with a wonderfully sculptural ribbon or bow form. Each sconce features a white faux candle socket rising from the center, framed by broad looping brass bands and trailing ribbon-like elements that give the design a playful yet elegant silhouette.

On the wall, these have a warm Hollywood Regency and Mid Century character, with just enough theatricality to work beautifully in an entryway, bedroom, powder room, or flanking a mirror or artwork. The brass finish has a soft aged glow rather than a bright polished shine, which adds depth and authenticity.

They are practical accent lights with strong decorative presence, and they would be especially effective installed as a pair. Visible condition is good vintage overall, with age-related surface wear, patina, light scratches, and small darkened marks to the brass finish. The backs and mounting tabs are visible, and the wiring appears present. No shades are included.
