Italian 80s Frosted Glass Wall Sconces, Pair of Chrome Globe Wall Lights

A striking pair of Italian wall sconces from the 1980s, made with ribbed frosted glass globe shades and sleek chrome-plated metal frames. The sculptural looped arms give these lights a distinctly Space Age feel, while the softly diffused globes add a refined and elegant softness. Their balanced combination of chrome and textured glass makes them especially appealing for vintage modern interiors.

In use, these sconces cast a gentle, atmospheric light through the frosted ribbed glass, creating a warm glow rather than harsh direct illumination. The rounded globe form and polished chrome bring a glamorous mid century and slightly futuristic character that works beautifully in bedrooms, hallways, bathrooms, or flanking a mirror.

They can be mounted as a matching pair and would also work beautifully as bedside wall lights. Visible condition is good vintage overall, with light age-related wear to the chrome including minor surface marks and small areas of pitting/oxidation on the wall plates. The glass shades appear in good condition with no obvious major chips or cracks visible in the photos.
