Vintage Capiz Shell Flush Mount Ceiling Light | Round Wall or Ceiling Lamp

A vintage round flush mount ceiling light with a softly domed capiz shell shade and simple metal retaining clips. The overlapping shell discs create a luminous, pearly surface with beautiful natural variation, giving the piece an elegant organic texture whether used on the wall or ceiling.

When lit, the capiz diffuses light gently and evenly, producing a warm atmospheric glow rather than harsh direct light. It suits coastal, organic modern, mid century, and minimalist interiors equally well, adding texture and a quiet sculptural presence to a room.

A versatile size for a hallway, bedroom, bathroom, or entryway. The fixture shows light age-related wear consistent with vintage use, including minor surface wear to the metal hardware and natural irregularities to the capiz shell surface. No major damage is clearly visible in the photos. Diameter: ca. 40 cm / 15.7 in

All lamps are tested, they power on and operate normally. However, these are vintage electrical items and may not meet modern standards. For safety, I recommend inspection by a qualified electrician before regular use.
