Italian 70s Brass Flush Mount Ceiling Lamp (45 cm / 18 in)

A large and striking Italian flush mount ceiling lamp from the 1970s, combining a warm brass-toned ring with a domed opaline glass diffuser. The concentric ribbed pattern across the glass gives the piece a beautifully graphic Space Age character while softly diffusing the light. Its low profile and clean circular form make it an especially versatile vintage ceiling fixture.

Lit in a room, this lamp would cast an even, gentle glow with a calm atmospheric quality. The frosted opaline dome softens the bulbs and adds subtle texture, while the brass surround brings warmth and a refined mid-century modern feel. It works particularly well in entryways, hallways, bedrooms, kitchens, or any interior where understated sculptural lighting is wanted.

A practical size for both smaller and medium rooms, this piece mounts flush to the ceiling and uses three bulb holders. Visible condition is good vintage condition overall with age-related wear to the metal ring, light surface marks, and some scuffing/chips to the white painted interior/back plate edges. The wiring and fittings show age, so installation should be carried out carefully by a qualified professional. Dimensions are shown in the photos.

Diameter: ca. 45 cm / 17.7 in

Height: ca. 13 cm / 5.1 in
